Nick has over 28 years experience in the IT industry in roles as co-founder, executive and senior level leader for private and public companies ranging from $10M to $3B in revenues.
Prior to joining Deven Software, Nick was Vice President of Idea’s national business intelligence and IT solutions practice, a business unit of Adecco North America, working with Fortune 500 clients and other Adecco business units to position and sell strategic consulting and IT solutions to major accounts. Prior to its acquisition by Adecco, Nick was Senior Vice President and Managing Director for the mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions of Idea Integration, a $100M IT services company. Prior to Idea Integration, Nick was National Business Intelligence Practice Director at CGI. In the years prior to joining CGI and formerly American Management Systems, Nick built two highly successful businesses as founder and CEO for Alera Solutions, an IT consulting company serving the wireless telecommunications industry, and co-founder and CEO for ProLink Services, an IT consulting company serving the telecommunications and financial services industries.
Nick holds a Bachelors of Science in Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland, Executive Leadership from Cornell, and Financial Management from Northwestern University.
Charlie has more than 40 years of management experience in a broad variety of executive and operating roles with both publicly traded and privately-held companies, including managing divisions for Fortune 100 companies.
Most recently he served as Executive Vice President and CFO with The Center for Organizational Excellence, Inc. where he participated in developing and implementing the strategy that increased revenue by a 45% CAGR. Prior to joining COE, he served as Executive Vice President and CFO of ServerVault Corp, which was acquired in a private equity transaction. Prior to joining ServerVault, he served in a similar role with IPIX Corp. (NASDAQ: IPIXQ), where he engineered $20 million in private equity financing and achieved SOX compliance for an accelerated SEC filing company. Previously, with Cigital, Inc, Group 1 Software, Inc. (NASDAQ:GSOFT; acquired by Pitney-Bowes, NYSE PBI) and Penta Systems International, Inc. (NASDAQ:PENTA; acquired in a private equity transaction), Charlie held CFO and executive VP-level positions in which he conducted strategic planning, directed numerous mergers and acquisitions, established financial controls, arranged financing and managed international organizations. His background includes SEC, Wall Street, banking, board level corporate governance and communication experience.
Charlie holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Baltimore, a Masters degree with concentrations in Finance and Marketing from Loyola College, Baltimore and is a certified public accountant. He also has an MBA Upgrade certificate from Syracuse University.
Mike has held senior level marketing roles with Sallie Mae, Capital One and Marriott. While at Capital One, he led two major integrations of retail banks (North Fork Bank & Chevy Chase Bank) which helped the company transition from a mono-line credit card company to a top 10 diversified financial services firm. Following his passion for rolling up his sleeves to help entrepreneurs, emerging brands, and established companies grow, Mike founded GrowLever in early 2016. Mike brings decades of brand building, product launch, digital / social marketing, customer engagement, insights, and marketing analytics to a select group of GrowLever clients. Mike graduated from Brigham Young University with degrees in Philosophy and English and has an MBA from the University of Maryland.
Padma brings over 15 years of technical experience in Software Product Development, with a deep understanding of Enterprise application architecture, as well as SOA and SaaS focused solutions design and development.
As Director of Product Development & Innovation, Padma manages the complete lifecycle of product development and technology operations at Deven Software. She also oversees cloud hosting and IT Operations with Microsoft Azure and AWS platforms. In her role, Padma leads a team of highly skilled personnel to deliver new features and robust functionality for Deven’s SaaS-based product suite.
Prior to joining Deven Software, Padma worked at Intersections in various roles leading solutions architecture, as well as application design and development. She was instrumental in the e-commerce implementation of Identity Guard, a credit monitoring service.
Padma holds a Masters degree in Computer Applications and Information Systems from Bharathiar University, India. She enjoys spending time with family when not working and strongly believes that they are behind her success. Padma resides in Northern Virginia with her husband and daughter.
